Privacy Policy
This policy is a placeholder. We're working on the final version. In the meantime, here is a short summary of how we handle your data.
What we collect
- Account info you give us: email address, password hash, and any profile details you enter (artist type, portfolio links, goals, etc.).
- Usage data: the leads we surface, which ones you save or dismiss, and the pitches you generate.
- Billing data handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
How we use it
To run the service: matching you to opportunities, sending digest emails you've opted into, and improving the product. We don't sell your data.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for billing, a transactional email provider for digests and account mail, and LLM and search providers to scout and draft. These providers process your data only as needed to deliver their piece of the service.
Your choices
- Update or delete your profile at any time from the dashboard.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using any footer link; transactional email (receipts, password resets) will continue.
- Email us to request a full export or deletion of your account data.
Security
Passwords are hashed. Traffic to talloss.com is served over HTTPS. We review access to production data and keep it limited.
Children
Talloss is not intended for anyone under 16. Please don't create an account if you are younger than that.
Changes
We'll update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account.
